I have the experience, desire, and clinical skills to treat pain, improve strength and motion, as well as pelvic-core stability for active living. I am especially excited to focus on injury prevention / physical wellness. So much can be done in this area to bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy and personal training. I want to see my clients and patients achieve health, vitality, and movement success. Physical vitality enriches the mind and spirit thus enhancing family life and the lives of others.

I have nearly 30 years of clinical practice in physical therapy. I am Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute and I understand the truths of human movement.
